How do I get to Alexandra Palace?

Do I need to print my e-ticket?

No. We would prefer that you show us your e-ticket onto your phone in order to allow for contactless ticket scanning — let's save a few trees too!

What happens if I am late?

We will be following a strict non-admission policy for late comers so please allow plenty of time for your journey.

Do you accept cash?

No, Alexandra Palace will be operating a cashless service. Bank cards/ApplePay/GooglePay are all accepted.

Do you have a cloakroom?

Unfortunately not. We ask that visitors avoid bringing large bags with them.

Do you have a car park?

Our East Court car park is open most days. We suggest a donation of £3 per vehicle to help us cover the costs of looking after the Palace and Park.

Do you have blue badge parking available and how can I book?

Is the show suitable for children?

We suggest the production is suitable for children aged 8+, parents/carers are advised to use their discretion. No violence, bad language or adult content. Does contains spooky ghosts.
