Recent acting credits include: Anansi the Spider (Unicorn Theatre); Christmas in the Sunshine (Unicorn Theatre); After Birth (UK Tour); The Devil’s Hour (Amazon Prime); The Third Day: Autumn (Sky/HBO); Holes (UK Tour); I'd Rather Go Blind (Omnibus Theatre); The Meeting (Chichester Festival Theatre); My Brother, My Sister and Me (Polka Theatre), The Crucible (UK & Luxembourg Tour), Pride and Prejudice (Crucible Theatre), The Walworth Farce (Olympia Theatre, Dublin) and Girls Like That (Unicorn Theatre).
As a writer, Leona was awarded the Leverhulme Arts Scholarship by the egg, Theatre Royal Bath to develop Josephine, a new show for young audiences inspired by the life of dancer and activist Josephine Baker, which toured to venues and schools across the UK in Autumn 2021 and Spring 2022.
